Confidentiality. We treat all information provided by our customers as confidential and only store the information that we need to be able to provide required support to any given customer. FITS will not share customer data with any third party except for those that have already signed a confidentiality agreement with FITS. At FITS the protection of customer data is taken very seriously, for example all of our portable laptops have fully encrypted hard drives, our backup tapes are encrypted and our server is stored in a locked room at a locked and alarmed building in our business park.
