Welcome to the Firefly IT Solutions Ltd residential page, here we outline the key services that we can provide to home users. These services are on an adhoc basis and do not require any kind of contract, nor is there a callout fee.

We believe in being honest and open with our customers and will provide expert advice on resolving any IT related issues that you may have whether you need a new PC or if you just need an old one cleaned up. • Antivirus/Antispyware advice and cleaning
• Data security advice
• Advice on backing up your home documents, music and photos
• Internet service provision, configuration and problem resolution
• PC and laptop problem resolution and upgrades

We will also advise on the most cost effective way of resolving your problem, including whether it’s best for you to bring your computer to us or whether we visit you in person. We do not charge a callout fee, we simply bill for the time that it takes to come to your house, fix the problem and then return to our office. Often we give customers the choice of bringing their PC or laptop to us to save money, although this will depend upon what the problem is.

Please be aware that our office is only open to visitors by prior appointment but our telephones are always monitored during normal office hours.
